TR SERIES™
This machine is a
stand alone motion controller, specially designed, for ease of
use. No programming experience is required to change the TR-Series
stopping position. As for its design, a telescopic vertical axis
is used to minimize the wear of its components, to increase its
speed and to reduce overhead clearance. In addition, a light
extruded aluminum structure is employed to establish agility and
steady motion.
The TR-Series is
equipped with both pressure and vacuum grip circuits complete
with product confirmation and wrist rotation of 90 degrees. We
use linear bearing guide ways and self lubricated cylinders to
promote durability.

SHUTTLE STAR
ROBOT™
This part and runner removal
robot removes sprues, runners and light-weight parts from horizontal
clamp injection moulding machines. Equipped
with a standard two-finger gripper with product confirmation sensor, the
SP-650 is a versatile machine that comes with 4 selectable motion
patterns. In addition, the robot is controlled by Industrial Embedded
SBC and comes with a standard hand-held pendant for easy,
remote-controlled operations. Optional
light-weight vacuum end-of-arm tooling is also available.
This parts
loading robot is a gantry type pick and place robot with one
servo drive (Z-axis) and two pneumatic axes (X and Y axes). It
is designed to work with plastic Injection Moulding Machines (IMM).
It carries metal parts and transports them horizontally inward
(to the right) parallel to the mould face and delivers them to
the mould.
-
Z-axis is the
base supporting the X & Y axes, traveling parallel to
the mould face
-
Y-axis
carries the x-axis and goes down into the mold
-
X-axis
carries the EOAT and extends it close to the mould face
-
V is the
vacuum holding the parts onto the EOAT and also used to
confirm that all parts are secured on the EOAT
-
X1-ejector
pushes the parts out to the mould face
-
C-axis is
disabled (could be enable by programming)
-
M-magnet is a
permanent fixture, no controls required
